Windows is getting better, but it still has weird goofy stuff it does, such as not being able to boot or repair itself after an update.
Thankfully, after some searching, I found a working solution which walks you through the process of mounting the hidden FAT32 EFI partition, renaming the existing BCD file and recreating it using the command line.
